Salary: Upto ₹15,000 Take Home based on interview performance
– Shift Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
– Working Days: Monday to Saturday
– Sunday: Fixed off
– Work Location: Kormangala 4th Block

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
– Source top talent through various channels, including social media and job boards
– Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit
– Negotiate job offers and ensure a seamless candidate experience
– Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics
Required Skills:
– Recruitment Strategy: Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
– Talent Sourcing: Excellent talent sourcing skills, including social media recruitment
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Interviewing: Strong interviewing skills to assess candidate fit
– HR Software: Proficiency in HR software, including applicant tracking systems
– Data Analysis: Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide insights
