Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team in Koramangala 4th Block. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet our organization’s hiring needs.

Job Details:

– Salary: Upto ₹15,000 Take Home (based on interview performance)
– Shift Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
– Working Days: Monday to Saturday
– Sunday: Fixed off
– Work Location: Koramangala 4th Block
– Incentives: Weekly and Monthly Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
– Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communications
– Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks
– Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding process

Required Skills:

– Talent Acquisition Strategy: Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
– Candidate Relationship Management: Excellent skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates
– Recruitment Analytics: Ability to analyze recruitment data and make informed decisions
– Process Optimization: Ability to identify and implement process improvements
– Stakeholder Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work with hiring managers and stakeholders
– Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing recruitment priorities and deadlines
