We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Koramangala 4th Block. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet our organization’s hiring needs.

Job Details:

– Salary: Upto ₹15,000 Take Home (based on interview performance)
– Shift Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
– Working Days: Monday to Saturday
– Sunday: Fixed off
– Work Location: Koramangala 4th Block
– Incentives: Weekly and Monthly Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

– Source, screen, and select top talent to meet hiring needs
– Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate communications
– Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks
– Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding process

Required Skills:

– Strategic Sourcing: Ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
– Candidate Engagement: Excellent skills to engage and build relationships with candidates
– Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze recruitment data and make informed decisions
– Process Improvement: Ability to identify and implement process improvements
– Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills to work with hiring managers and stakeholders
