Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Kormangala 4th Block. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing candidate relationships, and ensuring timely position fills.

Job Details:

– Salary: Upto ₹15,000 Take Home based on interview performance
– Shift Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
– Working Days: Monday to Saturday
– Sunday: Fixed off
– Work Location: Kormangala 4th Block
– Benefits: Weekly and Monthly Incentives
– Accommodation: Available for Male Candidates

Key Responsibilities:

– Design and implement recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
– Manage candidate relationships, ensuring a positive candidate experience
– Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and preferences
– Source candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards
– Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit
– Negotiate job offers and ensure timely position fills

Required Skills:

– Recruitment Strategy: Proven ability to design and implement effective recruitment strategies
– Candidate Management: Excellent candidate management skills, with ability to build strong relationships
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Interviewing: Strong interviewing skills to assess candidate fit
– HR Software: Proficiency in HR software, including applicant tracking systems
– Data Analysis: Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide insights
