Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to provide administrative support to our HR department in Kormangala 4th Block. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the development of our HR initiatives.
Job Details:
– Salary: Upto ₹18,000 Take Home during probation
– Experience: Minimum 6 Months
– Shift: Day Shift
– Working Days: Monday to Saturday
– Sunday: Fixed off
– Work Location: Kormangala 4th Block

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department
– Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
– Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
– Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives, promoting a positive work environment
Required Skills:
– HR Administration: Proven experience in HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, and record-keeping
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
– Organization: Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
– Technical: Proficiency in HR software, including HRIS and recruitment platforms
– Analytical: Basic analytical skills, with ability to interpret HR data and metrics, and provide insights for process improvement
