We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Kormangala 4th Block. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Job Details:
– Salary: Upto ₹18,000 Take Home during probation
– Experience: Minimum 6 Months
– Shift: Day Shift
– Working Days: Monday to Saturday
– Sunday: Fixed off
– Work Location: Kormangala 4th Block
– Benefits: Weekly and Monthly Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the HR department
– Coordinate recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
– Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases
– Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives
Required Skills:
– HR Administration: Proven experience in HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, and record-keeping
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Organization: Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
– Technical: Proficiency in HR software, including HRIS and recruitment platforms
