We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our Customer Support team in ITPL Whitefield. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Details:
– Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹23,000 Take Home
– Qualification: PUC and Above
– Experience: Graduate Freshers can Apply
– Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)
– Work Location: ITPL Whitefield

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products/services
– Provide product/service information, solutions, and recommendations to customers
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders (technical, sales, etc.) to resolve customer issues
– Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior teams
Required Skills:
– Technical Troubleshooting: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Customer Focus: Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
