– Shift: 10am to 7pm (Fixed Day Shift)
– Sunday: Fixed off
– Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
– Salary:
– Fresher: ₹25,000 Take Home
– Experienced: up to ₹5.5 LPA

Required Skills

– Career Development Skills: Knowledge of career development theories and practices
– Assessment and Evaluation: Ability to assess student strengths and weaknesses
– Cultural Competence: Ability to work with diverse student populations
– Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and facilitate workshops and groups
– Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data to inform counseling practices
– Digital Literacy: Familiarity with online counseling platforms and tools
