Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Academic Counselor to join our team in Ramnagara (Shantinagar). The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and support to students, helping them navigate academic pathways and achieve their goals.

# Job Details
– Role: Academic Counselor
– Location: Ramnagara (Shantinagar)
– Shift: 10am to 7pm (Fixed Day Shift & Sunday fixed off)
– Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
– Salary:
– Fresher: ₹25,000 Take Home
– Experience: up to ₹5.5 LPA

# Key Responsibilities
1. Provide personalized academic guidance and support to students.
2. Conduct career assessments and help students explore their academic interests.
3. Develop and implement academic plans to help students achieve their goals.
4. Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure student success.
5. Maintain accurate records of student progress and development.

# Required Skills
1. Counseling: Strong counseling skills, with ability to empathize with students.
2. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Interpersonal: Ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
4. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically.
5. Organizational: Ability to maintain accurate records and prioritize tasks.

# Preferred Skills
1. Experience: Previous experience in academic counseling or education.
2. Certifications: Certifications in counseling or education (e.g. GCET, IGNOU).
3. Language: Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g. English, Hindi, Kannada).
