Job Details:
– Salary: Upto ₹30,000 Take Home
– Qualification: Graduate
– Experience: Min 2+ Years
– Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, Saturday and Sunday Fixed off)
– Work Location: ITPL Whitefield

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex technical issues
– Troubleshoot and debug technical problems, using analytical and problem-solving skills
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
– Develop and maintain technical knowledge of products/services to provide expert support
– Identify and escalate complex technical issues to senior teams
Required Skills:
– Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of software, hardware, and networking technologies
– Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
