Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Technical Support Specialist to join our team in ITPL Whitefield. The successful candidate will provide expert-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Details:

– Salary: Upto ₹26,000 Take Home
– Experience: Minimum 2+ years
– Qualification: PUC and Above
– Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, Saturday and Sunday Fixed off)
– Work Location: ITPL Whitefield
– Benefits: Quarterly Bonus, Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex technical issues
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to software, hardware, and networking
– Collaborate with internal teams (technical, engineering, etc.) to resolve complex technical issues
– Develop and maintain technical knowledge of products/services to provide expert support
– Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and technical support efficiency

Required Skills:

– Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of software, hardware, and networking technologies
– Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
