Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Technical Support Specialist to join our team in ITPL Whitefield. The successful candidate will provide expert-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Details:
– Salary: Upto ₹30,000 Take Home
– Qualification: Graduate
– Experience: Minimum 2+ years
– Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, Saturday and Sunday Fixed off)
– Work Location: ITPL Whitefield

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt resolution of complex technical issues.
– Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and debug technical problems, collaborating with internal stakeholders as necessary.
– Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of products/services, staying up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends.
– Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving customer loyalty.
– Identify and escalate complex technical issues to senior teams, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing customer impact.
