– Qualification: Graduate
– Experience: Minimum 2+ years
– Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, Saturday and Sunday Fixed off)

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
– Troubleshoot and debug technical problems using analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
– Develop and maintain technical knowledge of products/services to provide expert support.
– Identify and escalate complex technical issues to senior teams for prompt resolution.

Required Skills:

– Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
