We’re seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team at Brookfield. As a key member of our customer support team, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.

– Qualification: PUC and Above

– One-way cab available (Two ways Chargeable)

Required Skills

– Excellent Communication: Clear and concise communication skills to effectively resolve customer issues
– Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex customer issues
– Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools
