Required Skills
– Excellent Communication: Clear and concise communication skills to effectively resolve customer issues
– Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex customer issues
– Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools
