Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller to join our team in Koramangala. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payment, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Job Details

– Location: Koramangala
– Experience: Minimum 6 months
– Language: Excellent English
– Salary: Upto ₹38,000 Take Home
– Qualification: PUC and Above
– Shift: US rotational shift
– Working Days: 5 days working, 2 days off
– Transportation: Two-way cabs available (Paid)

Key Responsibilities

– Manage and resolve outstanding invoices via phone, email, and mail
– Communicate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and issues
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status
– Meet or exceed monthly collection targets

Required Skills

– Negotiation: Ability to negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes
– Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to review and analyze financial data
– Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail
– Organizational: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
– Technical: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
– Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
