Job Details:
– Salary: Upto ₹30,000 Take Home
– Qualification: Graduate
– Experience: Minimum 2+ years
– Shift: Rotational Shift
– Working Days: 5 days working, Saturday and Sunday Fixed off
– Work Location: ITPL Whitefield

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
– Resolve complex technical issues, escalating when necessary
– Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems
– Document customer interactions and resolutions
– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
