Location: Kormangala 4th Block, Bangalore
Salary: Up to 15K Take Home (Based on Interview Performance)
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Fixed Sunday Off)
Incentives: Weekly and Monthly Incentives
Accommodation: Available for Male Candidates

As an HR Recruiter at our company, your primary responsibility will be to communicate effectively with potential candidates and hiring managers to fill open positions. Your ability to convey job requirements clearly, establish rapport with candidates, and manage expectations will be key to your success. If you have strong verbal and written communication skills and enjoy engaging with people, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Use strong communication skills to engage with candidates and understand their qualifications.
Effectively present job opportunities and company culture to attract top talent.
Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure that all communications, whether written or verbal, are clear, professional, and tailored to the audience.
Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
0-2 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
Ability to build strong rapport and manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process.
