Key Responsibilities:

Source and engage with candidates through calls, emails, and social media platforms
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Communicate job requirements clearly with potential candidates
Manage recruitment processes while maintaining professional communication with candidates
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and clients
Ability to assess candidates effectively through clear and professional communication
Experience in recruitment or willingness to learn
What We Offer:

Salary: Up to ₹15,000 Take Home (based on interview performance)
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Fixed Sunday Off
Location: Koramangala 4th Block
Weekly and Monthly Incentives based on performance
