Job Title: Customer Support
Location: ITPL, Whitefield
Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)
Salary: Up to 19K – 23K Take Home (with Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives)

Qualification:

PUC and above
Graduate freshers can apply
Key Responsibilities:

Identify customer problems or complaints and provide effective and timely solutions.
Handle escalations and complex issues, collaborating with other departments when needed.
Proactively resolve potential problems, minimizing impact on the customer.
Maintain a troubleshooting mindset, working through challenges to meet customer needs.
Document and track recurring issues to identify patterns and suggest improvements.
