Location: ITPL, Whitefield
Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)
Salary: Up to 19K – 23K Take Home (with Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives)

Qualification:

PUC and above
Graduate freshers can apply
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure fast and efficient handling of customer queries, minimizing wait times.
Prioritize tasks effectively to manage high call volumes while maintaining service quality.
Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible, ensuring timely responses.
Maintain detailed records of interactions, ensuring swift follow-up and resolution.
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance targets for response times and resolutions.
