Job Title: Customer Support
Location: ITPL, Whitefield
Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)
Salary: Up to 24K Take Home (with Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives)
Qualification:
PUC and above
Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer complaints and issues, providing practical and timely solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical or service-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer.
Proactively identify common customer pain points and suggest improvements to prevent issues.
Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.
Document and track recurring problems to enhance support processes.
