Role: Academic Counselor
Location: Ramnagara (Shantinagar)
Shift: 10 AM to 7 PM (Fixed Day Shift, Sunday Fixed Off)
Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)
Fresher Salary: 25K Take Home
Experience: Up to 5.5 LPA

Key Focus:
This role requires exceptional communication skills as you’ll be interacting with students, parents, and academic staff regularly. Your ability to clearly articulate educational options, career paths, and institutional benefits will be crucial in guiding students toward making informed decisions about their academic futures. Being an effective listener and providing empathetic support will also be key to building trust with students.
