Job Description

Job Title: Technical Support (Semi Voice Process)
Location: ITPL, Whitefield
Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
Salary: Up to 26K Take Home (with Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives)

Qualification:

PUC and above
Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
Key Responsibilities:

Handle technical issues efficiently, providing timely solutions while troubleshooting problems.
Work with customers to identify the root cause of issues and guide them through effective solutions.
Document and track recurring issues, offering feedback to improve product or service quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate technical information is provided.
Maintain high standards of service, ensuring customers feel supported throughout the troubleshooting process.
