Operations Analyst

Job Description

Location: Brookfield
Shift: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM (5 days a week, Fixed Saturday and Sunday Off)
Salary: Up to 19K – 32K Take Home (with Attractive Incentives)

Qualification:

Graduate degree (any discipline)
Graduate fresher or minimum 1.6 years of experience in operations or related field
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, ensuring smooth communication across all operational levels.
Deliver clear, concise reports and updates to management, highlighting key insights and potential issues.
Facilitate effective collaboration between cross-functional teams to meet operational goals.
Present data and operational findings in a way that’s easy to understand for various stakeholders.
Maintain positive communication with clients or external partners to ensure a seamless workflow.
