Job Description
Location: ITPL, Whitefield
Shift: Rotational Shift (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)
Salary: Up to 24K Take Home (with Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives)
Qualification:
PUC and above
Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through phone, email, or chat, using clear and professional communication.
Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a polite, empathetic, and effective manner.
Customize communication to suit the customer’s needs, ensuring their concerns are heard and understood.
Provide detailed, easy-to-understand information about products/services to customers.
Maintain a positive and helpful tone in all customer interactions, building rapport and trust.
