Salary: Up to 19K – 23K Take Home (with Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives)

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers over phone, email, or chat, addressing their concerns and inquiries.
Listen actively to customers, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
Maintain a polite and empathetic tone while handling customer interactions, ensuring positive customer experiences.
Document customer issues and resolutions accurately, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and clear.
Adapt communication style based on the customer’s needs, ensuring clarity and customer satisfaction.
