Job Description

Are you an expert communicator? Join our Bellandur team as an AR Caller (Accounts Receivable). If you possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills, enjoy interacting with clients, and have experience in accounts receivable, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage clients via calls to follow up on outstanding invoices and payments
Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues effectively through clear communication
Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and payments
Provide excellent customer service and professionally address any queries or concerns
Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or related roles
Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
PUC or above
Comfortable working in fixed night shifts
What We Offer:

Salary: Up to ₹42,000 Take Home (monthly)
Fixed Night Shift with 5 working days and 2 days off
