Salary: Upto 26K Take home
Minimum 2+ years Experience
Qualification: Puc and Above
Shift: Rotational Shift
5 days working
Saturday and Sunday Fixed off
Work location: ITPL Whitefield
Note: Quarterly Bonus and attractive incentives available

Qualification:

PUC and above
Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure customers are fully satisfied with the technical assistance they receive.
Address customer issues with empathy, providing both technical solutions and support for any concerns.
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are completely resolved.
Offer additional guidance to customers on optimizing their use of the product or service.
Collect feedback from customers to improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
