Role: Technical Support (Semi Voice Process)
Salary: Upto 26K Take home
Minimum 2+ years Experience
Qualification: Puc and Above
Shift: Rotational Shift
5 days working
Saturday and Sunday Fixed off
Work location: ITPL Whitefield

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver exceptional technical support to customers through multiple channels.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally.
3. Leverage knowledge bases and resources to address customer inquiries.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
5. Consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction and resolution targets.

Requirements
1. Minimum PUC qualification; graduate degree preferred.
2. 2+ years of experience in technical support.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong technical knowledge of software, hardware, and networking concepts.
5. Ability to work in a rotational shift environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
