Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Operations Analyst to join our team in Brookfield. The successful candidate will lead operational improvement initiatives, drive process excellence, and optimize business performance.

Job Details:

– Salary: Upto ₹32,000 Take Home
– Qualification: Graduates
– Experience: Minimum 1.6+ years
– Shift: 7 AM to 4 PM (5 days working, Saturday and Sunday Fixed off)
– Work Location: Brookfield

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead operational improvement initiatives, driving process excellence and optimizing business performance.
– Develop and implement process enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
– Analyze operational data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
– Develop and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and reports.
