Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team in Brookfield. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing operational data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements to drive business growth.

Job Details:

– Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹32,000 Take Home
– Qualification: Graduates
– Experience: Min 1.6+ years (Graduate Freshers can apply)
– Shift: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (5 days working, Saturday and Sunday Fixed off)
– Work Location: Brookfield

Key Responsibilities:

– Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
– Develop and implement process improvements to optimize business performance.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
– Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
– Develop and maintain operational metrics, dashboards, and reports.
