Role: Customer Support
Salary: Upto 24K Take home
Minimum 2+ years Experience
Qualification: Puc and Above
Shift: Rotational Shift
5 days working and 2 rotational offs
Work location: ITPL Whitefield

2. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
3. Utilize knowledge bases and resources to address customer queries.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
5. Consistently meet or exceed customer satisfaction and resolution targets.
Requirements
1. Minimum PUC qualification; graduate degree preferred.
2. 2+ years of experience in customer support.
