Role: Customer Support (Semi-Voice Process)
Salary: Upto 25K Take home
Qualification: Puc and Above
Minimum 2+ years Experience
Shift: Rotational Shift
5 days working
Saturday and Sunday Fixed off
Work location: ITPL Whitefield
Note: Quarterly Bonus and attractive incentives available
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide expert-level support to customers via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media)
– Resolve complex customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, sales, etc.) to resolve customer issues and improve processes
– Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes that enhance customer satisfaction
– Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services to provide expert support
Required Skills:
– Customer Service: Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences
– Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Technical: Basic technical knowledge of products/services
– Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
