Job Responsibilities:
Provide counseling and guidance to students and parents regarding educational courses and programs.
Understand student requirements and suggest appropriate courses based on their goals and interests.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins to address student inquiries and concerns.
Conduct follow-up calls to prospective students and ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, feedback, and enrollment status.
Meet personal and team targets related to student enrollment and satisfaction.
Conduct webinars, sessions, or meetings to explain course details, eligibility, and fees.
Desired Skills:
For Freshers: Strong communication skills in English and the ability to engage with students and parents professionally.
For Experienced Candidates: Proven experience in academic counseling, education sales, or a related field with a demonstrated ability to close leads and meet targets.
