Job Opening: US Voice Process (Insurance)

Location: Graphite India Main Road, EPIP Area, Near Brookefield.
Shift Timings:

Shift 1: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM

Shift 2: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Shift 3: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
Week Offs: Saturday and Sunday (Fixed off)

Salary Package:

0 – 17 months experience: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 (CTC)

18+ months experience: Up to ₹30,000 (CTC)

Variable Pay: Up to ₹5,500

Transport:

Metro reimbursement for one-way travel (if applicable).

Free cabs for the return journey.

2-way cabs provided for other candidates.

Interview Process: 3 rounds of interviews.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Graduates (excluding BE, BTech, and Master’s candidates)

2. Excellent command over English communication

3. Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
