⏰ Shift Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday – Friday)
🚖 Cab Coverage: Free 2-way within 12 KM
💸 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 CTC

🛠 Role Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints
Collaborate with tech teams to handle issues effectively
Process part orders and maintain high satisfaction levels
✅ Desired Skills & Experience:

1-3 years of experience in customer service/call centers
Proficiency in CRM software
