๐Ÿ—ฃ Language Proficiency: Fluent English communication
๐Ÿ’ผ Experience: Minimum 1 year in International Voice Support

๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary Structure:

CTC: Up to โ‚น28,000
Take Home: โ‚น24,000
โฐ Working Hours:

Schedule: Rotational Shifts, 5 days working + 2 rotational offs
๐Ÿš– Cab Service: 2-way transportation provided
๐Ÿ“‹ Interview Rounds:
1๏ธโƒฃ HR Round: Initial screening discussion
2๏ธโƒฃ Versant Test: English proficiency test (minimum score: 60)
3๏ธโƒฃ Operations Round: Final evaluation

Deliver exceptional support to US-based customers for Etihad Airlines
Manage inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively

At least 1 year of experience in International Voice Process
Strong English communication skills
