Work Schedule: Rotational 24×7 shifts with 2 rotational offs
Cab Facility: Two-way cab service within 30 km (deduction of ₹1,000 applies)
Compensation:
Freshers: CTC ₹3 LPA
???? Training Period: ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 in hand
???? Post-training: ₹21,000 in hand
1-2 Years Experience: CTC ₹4 LPA
???? Training Period: ₹26,000 in hand
???? Post-training: ₹29,000 in hand
2+ Years Experience: CTC ₹4.5 LPA
???? Training Period: ₹29,000 in hand
???? Post-training: ₹33,000 in hand
