Shift: 24×7 with 2 rotational offs
Transport: Cab service within 30 km, with a ₹1,000 deduction

Salary Breakdown:

For Freshers: CTC ₹3 LPA

🎯 Training: ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 in hand
🚀 Post-training: ₹21,000 in hand
For 1-2 Years Experience: CTC ₹4 LPA

🎯 Training: ₹26,000 in hand
🚀 Post-training: ₹29,000 in hand
For 2+ Years Experience: CTC ₹4.5 LPA

🎯 Training: ₹29,000 in hand
🚀 Post-training: ₹33,000 in hand
Interview Process: HR / Operations / Versant (60 score required)
