๐Ÿ“ Job Location: Manyata Tech Park
๐ŸŽ“ Educational Background: PUC or above
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Languages: Must be fluent in English
๐Ÿ’ผ Experience: Minimum of 1 year in international voice support
๐Ÿ’ฐ Salary Package: โ‚น28,000 CTC (โ‚น24,000 take-home)
โฐ Shift Details: 5 days on, 2 days off (rotational)
๐Ÿš– Transport: Cab facility for both ways

Selection Process:

1. HR Round: Initial interview and background check

2. Versant Test: Proficiency in English (minimum score: 60)

3. Operations Interview: Final interview with the operations team

Job Duties:

Provide customer service for Etihad Airlines

Handle inquiries from US-based customers

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year in international voice support

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
