???? Educational Background: PUC or above
????️ Languages: Must be fluent in English
???? Experience: Minimum of 1 year in international voice support
???? Salary Package: ₹28,000 CTC (₹24,000 take-home)
⏰ Shift Details: 5 days on, 2 days off (rotational)
???? Transport: Cab facility for both ways

Selection Process:

1. HR Round: Initial interview and background check

2. Versant Test: Proficiency in English (minimum score: 60)

3. Operations Interview: Final interview with the operations team

Job Duties:

Provide customer service for Etihad Airlines

Handle inquiries from US-based customers

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year in international voice support

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
