๐ Hiring Now! International Customer Support for Airline Process
๐ Job Location: Manyata Tech Park
๐ Educational Background: PUC or above
๐ฃ๏ธ Languages: Must be fluent in English
๐ผ Experience: Minimum of 1 year in international voice support
๐ฐ Salary Package: โน28,000 CTC (โน24,000 take-home)
โฐ Shift Details: 5 days on, 2 days off (rotational)
๐ Transport: Cab facility for both ways
Selection Process:
1. HR Round: Initial interview and background check
2. Versant Test: Proficiency in English (minimum score: 60)
3. Operations Interview: Final interview with the operations team
Job Duties:
Provide customer service for Etihad Airlines
Handle inquiries from US-based customers
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year in international voice support
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
