π International Airline Customer Support β Walk-in Drive π
π Location: Manyata Tech Park
π Minimum Qualification: PUC or higher
π£οΈ Language Proficiency: English fluency is essential
πΌ Experience Required: At least 1 year in an international voice support role
π° CTC: Up to βΉ28,000 (βΉ24,000 take-home)
β° Shifts: 5-day workweek, rotational shifts, with 2 days off
π Transport: 2-way cab facility
Interview Rounds:
1. HR Round: Screening and background discussion
2. Versant Test: English proficiency test (60 score minimum)
3. Operations Round: Final discussion with operations
Role Expectations:
Support US-based customers in Etihad Airline processes
Address inquiries and resolve customer issues
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice support
Strong verbal and written English skills
