πŸ’° CTC: Up to β‚Ή28,000 (β‚Ή24,000 take-home)
⏰ Shifts: 5-day workweek, rotational shifts, with 2 days off

Interview Rounds:

1. HR Round: Screening and background discussion

2. Versant Test: English proficiency test (60 score minimum)

3. Operations Round: Final discussion with operations

Role Expectations:

Support US-based customers in Etihad Airline processes

Address inquiries and resolve customer issues

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice support

Strong verbal and written English skills
