๐ Work Location: Manyata Tech Park
๐ Educational Requirement: PUC and above
๐ฃ๏ธ Languages: Fluent English required
๐ผ Experience: Minimum 1 year in an international voice support role
๐ฐ Salary: โน24,000 take-home, โน28,000 CTC
โฐ Shift Pattern: 5 days a week, 2 rotational days off
๐ Cab Facility: Provided both ways
Interview Process:
1. HR Screening: Initial round to assess your profile
2. Versant Test: A cut-off score of 60 is required for English proficiency
3. Operations Round: Interview with the operations team for final selection
Job Role:
Handle customer queries for the Etihad Airlines process
Serve and support US-based customers
Skills & Qualifications:
At least 1 year of international voice support experience
Exceptional communication skills in English
