Exciting Opportunity: International Customer Support for Airline Process
๐ Location: Manyata Tech Park
๐ Qualification: Minimum PUC
๐ฃ๏ธ Language: Proficiency in English (verbal & written)
๐ผ Experience: At least 1 year in International Voice Support
๐ฐ Compensation: Up to โน28,000 CTC, โน24,000 take-home
โฐ Shifts: Rotational, 5 working days, 2 days off
๐ Transport: 2-way cab service provided
Interview Stages:
1. HR Round โ Initial discussion and profile screening
2. Versant Test โ English test with a minimum score of 60
3. Operations Round โ Final interview with the operations team
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Etihad Airlines process, assisting US-based customers
Address customer queries and provide resolutions
