Exciting Opportunity: International Customer Support for Airline Process

๐Ÿ“ Location: Manyata Tech Park
๐ŸŽ“ Qualification: Minimum PUC
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Language: Proficiency in English (verbal & written)
๐Ÿ’ผ Experience: At least 1 year in International Voice Support
๐Ÿ’ฐ Compensation: Up to โ‚น28,000 CTC, โ‚น24,000 take-home
โฐ Shifts: Rotational, 5 working days, 2 days off
๐Ÿš– Transport: 2-way cab service provided

Interview Stages:

1. HR Round โ€“ Initial discussion and profile screening

2. Versant Test โ€“ English test with a minimum score of 60

3. Operations Round โ€“ Final interview with the operations team

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Etihad Airlines process, assisting US-based customers

Address customer queries and provide resolutions
