Exciting Opportunity: International Customer Support for Airline Process
???? Location: Manyata Tech Park
???? Qualification: Minimum PUC
????️ Language: Proficiency in English (verbal & written)
???? Experience: At least 1 year in International Voice Support
???? Compensation: Up to ₹28,000 CTC, ₹24,000 take-home
⏰ Shifts: Rotational, 5 working days, 2 days off
???? Transport: 2-way cab service provided
Interview Stages:
1. HR Round – Initial discussion and profile screening
2. Versant Test – English test with a minimum score of 60
3. Operations Round – Final interview with the operations team
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Etihad Airlines process, assisting US-based customers
Address customer queries and provide resolutions
