Role: Technical Support (Semi Voice Process)
Salary: Up to 26K Take Home
Minimum 2+ Years Experience
Qualification: PUC and Above
Shift: Rotational Shift
5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Location: ITPL Whitefield
Note: Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives Available
Key Responsibilities:
Work flexible hours across rotating shifts to ensure 24/7 customer support availability.
Handle technical inquiries and issues from customers during various times of the day.
Provide consistent support, regardless of shift schedules, and adapt quickly to changes in work hours.
Collaborate with teams across different time zones to ensure seamless customer experience.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to adapt to rotating shifts and varying working hours.
Strong time management skills to handle work-life balance in a flexible schedule.
Comfortable working during non-standard hours, including nights and weekends.
