Role: Technical Support (Semi Voice Process)
Salary: Up to 30K Take Home
Qualification: Graduate
Min 2+ Years Experience
Shift: Rotational Shift
5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Location: ITPL Whitefield
Note: Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives Available
Key Responsibilities:
Provide remote technical support through phone and chat to resolve customer queries.
Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving while working from home.
Ensure consistent performance and meet KPIs despite working remotely.
Maintain professional conduct, even when working outside the office environment.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to work efficiently from a remote location with a stable internet connection.
Self-motivated and disciplined, with excellent time management skills for remote roles.
Strong communication skills for virtual customer interactions and troubleshooting.
