Shift: Rotational Shift
5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Location: ITPL Whitefield

Key Responsibilities:
Provide bilingual support to customers in multiple languages (English and [Specify Language]).
Ability to communicate effectively and provide solutions in the customer’s preferred language.
Ensure smooth communication by adapting to cultural nuances in language and context.
Assist customers through phone support and resolve technical issues.
Preferred Skills:
Fluency in [Specify Language] along with English.
Strong communication skills with the ability to support diverse customer bases.
Experience in delivering technical support in multilingual settings.
