Job Description

Salary: Up to 26K Take Home
Minimum 2+ Years Experience
Qualification: PUC and Above
Shift: Rotational Shift
5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Location: ITPL Whitefield (Remote Work Option Available)
Note: Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives Available

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote technical support via phone to assist customers with technical issues.
Troubleshoot problems from a virtual environment, ensuring efficient and timely resolutions.
Use online tools and systems to access customer information and solve issues remotely.
Ensure a high level of performance while working from home, meeting team goals and individual KPIs.
Preferred Skills:

Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection.
Self-discipline and strong organizational skills to manage tasks effectively while working remotely.
Excellent verbal communication skills to provide clear and effective support to customers remotely.
