Minimum 2+ Years Experience
Qualification: PUC and Above
Shift: Rotational Shift
5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Location: ITPL Whitefield

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clear, concise, and friendly customer support via phone, assisting with technical issues.
Effectively communicate complex technical issues to customers with varying levels of understanding.
Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a positive and helpful tone during every interaction.
Handle customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Preferred Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and understanding.
Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical customers.
Active listening skills and an empathetic approach to problem-solving.
