Job Description

Role: Technical Support (Semi Voice Process)
Salary: Up to 30K Take Home
Qualification: Graduate
Min 2+ Years Experience
Shift: Rotational Shift
5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Location: ITPL Whitefield
Note: Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives Available

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers through phone support to understand technical issues and provide clear, detailed solutions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a positive and professional tone in all interactions.
Ability to handle customer queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate when necessary.
Preferred Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex issues for customers and deliver accurate solutions efficiently.
