Job Description

Role: Customer Support (Semi-Voice Process)
Salary: Up to 25K Take Home
Qualification: PUC and Above
Minimum 2+ Years Experience
Shift: Rotational Shift
5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Location: ITPL Whitefield (Remote Work Option Available)
Note: Quarterly Bonus and Attractive Incentives Available

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver remote customer support via phone, assisting customers with technical and non-technical queries.
Resolve issues promptly while working from home using company-provided systems and tools.
Ensure timely and efficient responses to customer inquiries while maintaining high-quality service.
Collaborate with the team virtually to resolve customer issues and share best practices.
Preferred Skills:

Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and suitable environment.
Self-discipline and time management skills to meet performance targets while working remotely.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills for virtual interactions.
